Aston Villa’s John McGinn shares hilarious snap on Instagram

McGinn posted an image of him wearing a ripped shirt, presumably after an opponent had  fouled him, and he accompanied it with a hilarious caption.

The Villa midfielder stated that he needs to lay off of the bench press – hinting that his shirt was ripped because it couldn’t hold his enormous muscles.

The reality is that McGinn isn’t The Incredible Hulk – sorry John – and we slightly doubt that his shirt was indeed ripped by him just being that much of a beast. That said, we don’t actually have proof that the Scot hasn’t been spending every waking moment in the gym, so we wouldn’t say this to his face…
